Vector2D AS3 Class description

This is an ActionScript 3 class for manipulating 2D vectors

Using complex trigonometric computations (performed by the Trig AS3 class), Vector2D allows easy and comprehensive manipulation of vectors in a 2D space.

The class also corrects an AS3/Flash inconsistency, by transforming negative degrees in a normal 0-360 range.
