Today's Poll Question

POLL: What do you think about Bank of America charging a fee to debit card users?

What do you think about Bank of America's plan to start charging a $5 monthly fee to customers who use debit cards to make purchases?

  • Ridiculous. I have to pay a fee to my bank to access my own money? Is this some kind of joke?
  • I'm OK with it. Banks are businesses, too, and they supply debit cards as a convenient service. Nothing is free anymore.
  • I don't like it, but if it's just $5 per month I guess I can deal with it.
  • I'm fine with it. And I'd be okey-dokey if my mortgage company charged me a monthly fee to use my front door, too. (Sarcastic chuckle.)
  • Trail plans are at starter stage

  • Plans are in the works for a multi-use trail in York County.

  • New Quarter work runs through November

  • New Quarter Park remains closed as cleanup of damage caused by Hurricane Irene continues.
