WFiles is a PHP web file manager.

User Area Features

Functions can be limited by the administrator authorizations assigned to groups or users.

• Navigation folders and search files/folders features;


• Visualization of information about files or folders (last access date, last modification date, size, file type);


• Create, modify, delete folder;


• Entry, editing and file deletion;


• Upload multiple files through the "drag and drop" (drag files directly form your PC to the software);


• Download multiple files (creation of a single "zip" file);


• Rename multiple files with rename custom rules;


• View/print the list of files or the entire directory tree;


• Assign authorizations on files or folders.

Administration Features

• Users/groups Managing (creation, editing and deletion);


• File Manager with added features (cancellation folders with files, export folders structure, scan files/folders on the server via file system);


• Folder Manager "project" (setting of the project folder structure, preordered assignment of default authorizations for areas and activities folders);


• Authorizations Management (manual and automated authorizations assignment creating customized lists);


• Logs Managing (keeping track of any transactions by the user, online users, login/logout, file editing, archive and filtering by date);


• Useful Tools (backup database).
