EezeeSite is an web-based open-source object-oriented PHP powered BBS-CMS hybrid and is based on the principle of user-friendliness. Easy to install, easy to understand and easy to use. It incorporates all the features of a CMS and a BBS in a single system with a flexible user management and permission system and optional search-engine friendly URLs.

Broadly, EezeeSite has two components. A 'Core', that sits in a central repository and works with each installed 'Client'.

Web based configuration and installation of each 'Client' should not take any more than 5 minutes and does not require any kind of programming knowledge. The 'Client' is for the end user, who can use a licensed copy of the same to create, manage and maintain content driven websites. Further, a knowledgable webmaster will have the flexibility to easily modify the user-interface and future versions will allow for multi-language support too.

A single copy of the 'Core' is all that is needed to run any number of 'Client' websites. It needs to be installed and configured as a server software. It is meant to work with any RDBMS systems but currently only tested with MySQL. The design element is completely separated from the code and the intricate code is completely separated and secue from manipulation. The 'Core' is completely object-oriented but every desired feature may be easily configured and customized.

Requirements: PHP (tested and developed using version 4.3.9), RDBMS (tested and developed using version MySQL 5.0.16), several PEAR packages including PEAR::DB and PEAR::LiveUser, OS-Independent (tested extensively on Windows and Linux), Smarty (template engine for easy to customise UI)
