This is Overture's content match. It's only open to larger publishers - they're probably just doing some testing. It's been around for a while:

It's definitely more than just Content Match. The Javascript is pulling from a different location than Content Match (cmhtml.overture.com vs ypn.overture.com), and I have inside confirmation that it's something entirely new.

It looks like Andy's right - I've updated my post accordingly.
