The Most Important Thing About Google Video
...is that it allows those who upload it to charge whatever they want for access to it (and split revenues with Google). Tell me that Google isn't in the marketplace business. Go on, convince me.
The program is in its early stages, but this will certainly be one to watch.

Interesting. So is there a similar "Google Audio" service? Man, it would be great if people could use this to make money off of podcasts.

Another Google "Microsoft Windows Only" service? You'd think a lot of content creators would be running *nix and Mac OS X.
what about narrowcasting over google tv? sounds like a killer app to me.
Isn't that the business model that Allaire has started with Brightcove?
