A Mac Widget From Google
Yes, I'm happy that we minority Mac users are getting some love. The Gmail Notifier for Mac is out. I'm going to start using it...and more likely than not, start using Gmail as well now that I have an easy way to interact with it.

I've been using gmail for a while now, simply using OS X's Mail.app and gmail's POP mail functionality.

I also use mail.app with gmail with no problems. The Gmail widget (http://www.apple.com/downloads/dashboard/email_messaging/gmailchecker.html) is a small and nice looking widget for checking your gmail account.
