We’re proud to announce that
Open Sitemap Generator 0.5 “Let-it-Be” has been released.
We regularly use this software to generate the sitemaps of our sites, but this is still a beta release only because we need a bigger users base to test it.
So try it and
give us your feedback!
You can download this version from
here.

Wordpress 2.1
has been released.
We’ll test it for some time before updating this blog and checking if our little hacks need some modifications.
The
citaBlog will be updated later due to its deep integration with our
main site.

I’ve
found on /. an article about an home theater room designed as a Star Trek bridge.
Look at the
photos, it’s really really cool!!

So you can’t open an
.aspx (or
.asp) page in your new ISS on a Windows Server 2003?
Everything has ben set up fine but you’re not able to open those kind of pages?
Your ISS shows plain
.html pages but not your new ASP.NET script, because it gives everytime a 404 page not found error?
But the page is there!
I know it’s frustrating, but, hey, it’s Microsoft indeed.
It happens also to me and the solution is really simple. Knowing where to go and what to change.
Let’s go with the few steps needed to solve this problem:
- Right click on My Computer
- Click on Manage
- Expand Services and Applications
- Expand Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
- Click one time on Web Service Extensions
- On the right panel select the ASP.NET item (the version you need) and then click on the Allow button on the left of the items list.

Things are getting faster:
another Wordpress release is out.
This in only a bugfix release due to a
critical bug found in a core function of the php engine.
It’s good that the Wordpress Development Team has listed the few files that are changed, so the upgrade was fast.

And Wordpress 2.1 is aspected to arrive at the end of the month!
